what to do w that old ipod

This website was found from Make magazine blog. I don't know about you, but I have two old, never used iPods sitting around in my room not being used.

Another article from almost a year ago that I had stashed away in the bookmarks. NY Times had an article titled: Out Lives, Controlled From Some Guy's Couch.

HEADLINE: Videogames End Human Evolution

I read this article almost a year ago, but was just thinking about it today. Seed Magazine printed an opinion article on why aliens haven't visited us yet. It gives a different point of view on evolution and when enough is enough. Enjoy.

i would walk 500 barefooted miles, maybe 500 more..

Interesting article from New York Magazine about our shoes, and why our dog's are barkin'. if you're a runner or have nagging ankle, shin, or knee injuries, i would most definitely read the article and do a google search on barefoot running and the shoes that mimic the motion. personally, i bought a pair of Nike Free 7.0 trainers a year ago. the shoe's design came from some scientific and training methods that have worked for collegiate and professional athletes. mine are bright yellow and very obnoxious, but very comfortable and light. i would recommend the nike free shoes for any novice runners or walkers out there, you'll feel the difference as soon as you put them on. if you like that beach-shoe feel, definitely try on a pair. i'm going to pick up the 3.0 before this warm weather goes to waste.

rasheed wallace will be 2014 coach of the year

last week's espn mag has an article on piston's foward Rasheed Wallace . the article shows two sides of rasheed, basketball smarts vs emotional technical fouls (as we know and love him for), or the head vs. heart predicament.

i hope he writes a book. i like his beard. and his tattoo.
